It is a personal decision to be positive every day. Our temperaments can influence our entire day, and how you choose your mindset to affect you will decide how the remainder of your day goes. It’s hard, occasionally we feel down more than others, not every person has an incredible day each day.

However, no matter what the difficulties and defeats that we experience in our lives, the happiest and most positive individuals I know decide to get their day going in a certain way. This starting each day optimistically relies upon your attitude.

Wake Up With A Thankful Heart

This is something you need to do right when you open your eyes. When you wake up just think about 3-5 things that you are thankful for. You could just think about them, write them down, or just say them out loud without hesitation. This gets your mood going in the right state of mind and in a positive direction.

Make Your Bed

Although you might feel tired at first, you will eventually feel less sluggish which will help you start the day with positive energy.

Hydrate And Do A Healthy Breakfast

You should never compromise on drinking water. Have a water bottle with you wherever you go. This will make a huge difference in your health. Dutch the morning espresso and drink a lot of water after you wake up. This will help you stay fresh and awake. You also need to eat a healthy breakfast to fuel up for the day. Being hungry will only make you groggy, lazy, and less productive.

Get In An Exercise Routine
